Let me draw your attention to projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine «On Approval requirements for registration of theses» and «On approval of the recognition of academic degrees obtained in foreign higher educational establishments » which are published for public consultation on the website of MES.

The project of requirements provides for liberalization of the thesis main text and a list and style of links design, no abstracts, thesis writing language variation, reducing methodological apparatus etc
