LUMCOS-2015 Conference announcement

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to take part in the 4th International Scientific-Technical Conference for Young Scientists “LUMINESCENT PROCESSES IN CONDENSED STATE OF MATTER” (LUMCOS 2015) to be held in Kharkov, Ukraine during 07-09 October 2015.

LUMCOS 2015 is devoted to theoretical and experimental study of luminescent processes in condensed matter; creation of new luminescent materials and investigation of their physical and chemical properties; application of luminescent materials in up-to-date fields of science and engineering; photonics, ionizing radiation interaction with a substance.

Scientific Topics

  • Luminescent materials, technology and preparation methods
  • Application of luminescent materials
  • Photonics of сondensed matter
  • Luminescent methods in biological and medical applications
  • Nanomaterials and nanotechnology

The main language of the conference is English. All conference materials including abstracts, presentations and posters should be prepared in English.

The conference contributions will be published in the Functional Materials journal (http://www.isc.kharkov.com/journal) after reviewing.

Important dates

  • August 28, 2015 – Deadline for registration and abstract submission
  • September 18, 2015 – Notifications to authors
  • October 07, 2015 – Conference beginning

Conference fee: for young scientists – 10 $ (equivalent in UAH), for students – 5 $ (equivalent in UAH). The fee includes book of abstracts, coffee breaks. Method of payment: cash.
